Concentration #2

Pin point your attention on the action you want to do. Pierce through the doubts and hesitations by bringing all of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual intelligence on that one pin point. Starting out can be tiring, just as you do anything at first. But then it becomes a healthy habit, no longer tiring and time consuming.

Tip:
Next time you want to accomplish a task, or follow a way of thinking or change a habit, concentrate on what you want in the end. Keep your whole attention on the outcome as you move through the actions with a lazor focus. This will strengthen your concentration for all things.

Personally:
I’ve decided to strengthen my concentration by doing yoga again. I enjoyed it for years and over time moved away from it. Now I’m more determined then ever to build my ability to concentrate on straightening my body.
